Joinery Production Manager – HAYA Interiors (ICAD 2, Abu Dhabi)

We are HAYA Interiors, a leading interior fit-out and joinery company, currently looking for a Joinery Production Manager to join our factory located in ICAD 2, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in joinery production or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to manage factory operations, production schedules, and workforce.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day joinery production activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality joinery works as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
• Maintain production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Location: ICAD 2, Abu Dhabi
Position: Full-time
