Job Overview:
Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Textile Designer with strong expertise in digital textile printing, processing, and color management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete digital design workflow and effectively coordinating with production and processing teams. Experience with modern digital printing technologies, including Thunder machines, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create digital textile designs for production
• Operate and manage digital textile printing machines, including Thunder machines
• Perform accurate color matching, repeats, and design adjustments
• Coordinate closely with production and processing departments
• Ensure design quality aligns with production standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during printing
• Implement design changes as per management or buyer requirements
• Maintain organized design files and records

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in digital textile designing and printing
• In-depth knowledge of textile processing and color matching
• Hands-on experience with digital textile machines (Thunder machines preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Designing, Graphic Designing, Fine Arts, or a related field
(Practical experience will be preferred over formal education)

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry (mandatory)
