Production Material Control specialist

PMC Specialist：

Overall capacity updates and forecasting; overall coordination and control of monthly and daily production/shipping schedules; operational big data analysis and integration.

Arranging material arrival, usage, and inventory control according to the production schedule; managing the turnover days of primary and auxiliary materials; coordinating and resolving material-related exceptions.

Coordinating the promotion of new materials and new processes (new production lines) and resolving related anomalies.

Assisting in the communication, coordination, and disposition of abnormal and obsolete materials.

Tracking the implementation process of various technical improvement projects.

Identifying hazards and environmental aspects within the scope of management and ensuring their effective control.

Participating in and maintaining the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) management systems.

Minor Responsibilities

Assisting the supervisor with the execution of other ad-hoc tasks.

Assisting the supervisor in handling emergencies and participating in planning-related meetings.

Being adept at identifying problems and promptly proposing constructive suggestions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.

Familiar with product manufacturing processes; with 2+ years of experience in material management; proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and management systems (e.g., ERP).

Strong organizational and coordination skills; adept at proactive communication.
