Job Opportunity: Production Officer – Silver Masterbatch Industries

Industry: Masterbatch & Plastic Compounding
Position: Production Officer
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Masterbatch / Plastic Processing (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities in the masterbatch manufacturing facility.
• Ensure production targets, quality parameters, and efficiency standards are achieved.
• Maintain batch records, daily production reports, and machine logs.
• Coordinate with QC/QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure minimum wastage and optimal productivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting compounding/extrusion issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of twin-screw extruders, pigment dispersion, and masterbatch processing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team coordination abilities.
