Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Officer with hands-on experience in Dry Blend production for Building Construction Chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining product quality, ensuring process efficiency, and implementing safety standards within the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor Dry Blend production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production schedules.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth plant operations.
• Implement and maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Dry Blend or related chemical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of building construction chemical formulations and production parameters.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
