Production & Operation Manager

Job Title:

Production & Operations Manager – Polymer Plastic (PP) Packaging – Automotive Industry | Chakan, Pune

Job Summary:

We at PLENOVA SUPPLY CHAIN PVT. LTD. are looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Manager with at least 3 years of experience in Polymer Plastic (PP) packaging for the automotive sector.

Note: Only candidates currently residing in or near Chakan, Pune will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Manufacturing:

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and prepare costings.
• Handle production planning.
• Ensure product quality by enforcing quality control standards and performing regular checks.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Coordinate with the shop-floor team to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Operations & Coordination:

• Maintain and update production records, stock registers, and documentation for audits.
• Prepare and share production, quality, and inventory reports with management on a regular basis.
• Assist in customer order tracking, getting purchase orders (POs), timely dispatch, and maintaining service-level agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Polymer Plastic (PP) Packaging.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality standards, inventory, and costing.
• Residing in Chakan, Pune.
