Production Operations Analyst

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Production Operations Analyst for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management
• Monitor production systems
• Work and maintain accurate ticket records
• Assist IT Teams as needed
• Documentation
• On Call Support

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an IT production or DevOps role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including understanding store procedures
• Experience with ticket handling and Incident Management support
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and decision making skills
• Able to work autonomously
• The ability to work outside of normal business hours, supporting 24hrs coverage
