Description:

You will be the Production Operations Analyst (Level 3) for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for earned‑value management of tooling and production operations supporting the Tactical Missiles Line of Business.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Production Operations Analyst (Level 3) you will be responsible for driving earned‑value management activities, ensuring data integrity, and providing clear financial insight to program stakeholders.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, partnering with IPTs, Finance, and Production Operations.

  • Maintain and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data at the control‑account level.

  • Develop and update program budgets, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and baseline changes.

  • Prepare and distribute IPT and CAM‑level financial reports highlighting key metrics and variances.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple sites to resolve issues and support program execution.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree 4 years of professional experience.
  • Data analysis experience.

Desired Skills:


  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application; Products Software (SAP); Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Data analysis through use of Excel formulas/queries
  • Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines, in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis in Excel

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
