Production Operator - BAHRAINI

Responsible for performing the tasks required in the production line of the manufacturing process ensuring to meet production targets without compromising quality.

1. Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Follow production guidelines, specifications, & instructions to achieve planned output at the workstation/machine

· Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specific actions

· Operate and maintain machinery and product line equipment

· Monitor machine operation and identify concerns for correction or removal of faulty products

· Maintain minimum wastages all the time in every step of the production process

· Finalize packaging of final goods for shipment

· Maintain a clean workstation & production floor

· Observe health and safety standards

· Report any issues to the Production Supervisor

· Perform other tasks as assigned

2.Working Requirements

. Bahraini National

. Secondary School Certificate

· Communication & Interpersonal skills – Able to communicate & work well with a team

· Analytical Ability – Able to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions

· Attention to detail and ability to detect potential problems with equipment

· Physical Dexterity & Demands – While performing the duties for this job, staff is regularly required to stand, operate machinery, and handle raw materials

· Employees may be required to lift up to 35 lbs
