Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Responsible for Batch manufacturing “Powder/liquid” as per production plan and ensure full adherence of producing planned orders
- Ensure the full compliance to the company Quality and EHS procedures & Control Requirements and all polices.
- His working area in Production units “powder/Liquid”.
Scope:
- Report to Production Team leader.
- Responsible for achieving production plan
- Full compliance with EHS and Quality procedures and Policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for batch manufacturing following Quality and EHS procedures
- Full adherence to agreed production plan without any delay
- Follow and stick to agreed leave plan and not taking any unauthorized leave
- Responsible for implementing cleaning and sanitization procedures during equipment cleaning and during changeovers
- Follow all quality procedures related and not limited to “ILVT, HACCP, CCZ, GMP”
- Maintain organized and clean working environment by following Quality, GMP and 5S rules and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all safety guidelines are updated according to standards and having these strictly implemented throughout job site.
- Reporting immediately for any quality, EHS observation and machine breakdowns to his supervisor
- Conducted Production manager for any safety, quality or compliance issues.

- 2 to 5 Years experience in a similar position.
