What to Expect

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Kemalpaşa plant . You will be play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable production operations. You will be responsible for aligning customer demand with production capacity, helping to deliver products on time while optimizing resources and inventory levels.

Working closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams, you will gain hands-on experience in production planning, capacity analysis, and ERP/MRP systems. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and revise weekly production plans based on customer orders, stock levels, capacity, and material availability.
• Ensure alignment between production schedules and customer delivery requirements, coordinating with Sales when needed.
• Manage ERP system data, including safety stock, reorder levels, material requirements, and work orders.
• Track inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) and optimize stock turnover while preventing shortages or excess.
• Coordinate closely with Material Planning and Purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Conduct capacity planning and analysis to ensure production capability meets demand.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and phase-out (obsolete material) processes.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues proactively, and follow escalation procedures when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of management systems.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

• 0-1 year(s) of experience
• Graduate from Engineering departments of universities.
• Knowledge about ERP and MRP processes.
