We are looking for a Production Planner & Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities in our furniture manufacturing facility. The role ensures timely production, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient use of resources to meet delivery and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and capacity.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and maintenance teams to execute plans smoothly.
  • Ensure raw material and accessories availability before production starts.
  • Monitor daily production progress and highlight delays or issues.
  • Track work-in-process (WIP) and support smooth material flow.
  • Maintain basic production records and reports.
  • Support quality compliance and reduce rework and wastage.
  • Communicate production status and delivery risks to management.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in production planning or coordination.
  • Experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing will be preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows.
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
