Production Planning and Marketing Manager

Seeking profiles for the role of Production Planning and Marketing Manager for our client.

Industry: Plastic / Packaging

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Port Qasim

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet business objectives.

- Manage overall plant operations, ensuring optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.

- Oversee dispatch and logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to production targets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, maintenance, quality, etc.) to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Prepare and present regular production and performance reports to management.- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/BBA from a recognized institution.

- 6 to 8 years of experience in the packaging or plastic manufacturing industry.

- Proven experience in production planning, budgeting, and coordination.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
