The Opportunity

Join our Supply Chain team and help us ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes at PepsiCo. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure the right products get to the right place, at the right time.

Your Impact

• Production & Distribution Planning Support: Assist in creating and updating short-term production or distribution plans, ensuring alignment with material availability and capacity.
• Purchase order processing: Creating, tracking, and validating purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness across the supply network.
• Shipment Coordination: Support inbound and outbound shipment scheduling for warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing plants.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and assist in replenishment activities to maintain service levels.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and validate operational documents such as invoices, shipping labels, and compliance forms to support planning and execution activities.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering .
• Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in Supply Chain.
• Intermediate Excel level (pivot tables and charts, data analysis, data validation and related)
