We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Consultant to join our team within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes and proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing production planning processes to support efficient operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module implementation, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Configure core PP functionalities including:
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings
• Production Orders and Shop Floor Execution
• Capacity Planning
• Demand Management
• Integration with MM, SD, QM, and PM modules
• Support master data setup (materials, work centers, production versions, recipes).
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP teams.
• Train end-users and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between production, maintenance, and supply chain operations.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of FMCG or manufacturing production processes.
• Knowledge of Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Process Manufacturing scenarios.
• Familiarity with integration points to MM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• SAP PP or S/4HANA certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Advanced Planning (PP-DS) or IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Exposure to Fiori apps and SAP Digital Manufacturing tools.
• Understanding of Batch Management and Process Industries (PI).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum project environments.
