About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong understanding of urban planning, GIS, and geospatial consulting services. The BDE will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with government and private clients, and support the company’s growth across planning, infrastructure, and drone-based survey domains. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical teams, and representing SSC in meetings, presentations, and business pitches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in urban planning, GIS, remote sensing, and drone survey projects.
  • Engage with government departments, international agencies, and private clients to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare EOIs, proposals, PPTs, and capability documents in coordination with technical teams.
  • Maintain and expand a strong client network; track tenders, RFPs, and consultancy opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and site visits to represent SSC professionally.
  • Conduct market research to assess emerging trends, competitors, and potential service areas.
  • Coordinate with the planning, GIS, and survey teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Director on BD activities, leads, and conversion progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, bidding, or planning consultancy (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to draft proposals, technical write-ups, and client communication effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
