Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our sales and outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing outreach activities, leading teams, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and convert potential students and partners through outreach and counseling.
• Build and manage a pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns and institutional tie-ups.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients and leads.
• Report daily activities, leads, and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, outreach, or the education domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and team management experience (for Team Leader role).
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

Job Details:

Location: T-3,926, Golden- I, Greater Noida (West)
Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Industry-best performance bonuses
