Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Planning & Control Engineer with hands-on experience in fabrication and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure timely project completion and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare and update production schedules based on project priorities.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and manpower as per the production plan.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of production data, material consumption, and output reports.
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure product standards are met.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within a fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, machining, assembly).
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
