Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour

Tamshell Corporation is a precision machining company with over 46 years of excellence serving Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and high-performance industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Planning Coordinator to support our team.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys keeping things moving and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

The Production Planning Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate job order processing, effective communication across departments, and timely coordination of production activities. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining work orders, managing purchase order revisions, and providing real-time updates on job status to production, planning, sales, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and update work orders daily to support production team.

· Coordinate and update production planners, production manager, customer support, and sales regarding job status, purchase order changes, and issues.

· Coordinate with customer service, production planners customer forecast reports for LTA/Kanban programs.

· Back up for job order processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills (email and phone)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (E2 Shop System preferred)
• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18-20/hour depending on experience
