Production Planning Executive

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning Executive to join one of the world’s largest acrylic fiber manufacturing organization.

Qualities We Are Looking For;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred),

• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros/VBA, data analysis),

• Experienced in detailed scheduling and capacity planning,

• Hand-on experience with SAP PP or similar ERP modules,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Effective communication and coordination abilities,

• Results-oriented and able to make quick decisions,

• Focused on process improvement and efficiency ,

• Good command of English.

Your main tasks are;

• Manage master production scheduling and detailed scheduling processes,

• Conduct capacity planning activities,

• Analyze production performance data and implement actions to improve efficiency ,

• Coolaborate closely with sales teams, supply chain, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure production targets are achieved,

• Maintain and manage planning parameters in SAP/ERP Systems,

• Track key KPIs (OTIF, schedule adherence, inventory turnover, etc.) and prepare regular reports,

• Lead and participate in continious improvement initiatives.

• Raw material – semi-finished product – finished product inventory optimization.
