• Being responsible for business analysis, process design, system configuration, testing and supporting in supply chain planning related topics,
• Determining customers' needs and desires, translating business requirements into user stories with various appropriate business analysis techniques,
• Searching and implementing innovative and best-fit solutions with appropriate methodologies to meet and exceed expectations,
• Leading IT Projects and internal/external project resources in area-specific or cross-functional projects,
• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools (especially JIRA), governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Working closely with multinational supply chain, production, R&D, and purchasing business teams as a member of our IT organization.
• Managing the relationship with stakeholders, vendors and providers within the integration process,
• Exploring and suggesting new business models by tracking new trends in the digital World.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields,
• Minimum 6 years of related experience, both on process and systems design, configuration, and execution of supply chain planning processes and related systems.
• Having strong knowledge of supply chain processes and deep knowledge on production planning and scheduling, production execution and MES techniques and processes, inventory management, quality management, as well as planning concepts and dynamics such as demand planning, forecasting, optimization, and advanced techniques including data analytics and machine learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Having strong knowledge in SAP tools (Especially ERP, extended with SCM, IBP, MES, etc.) and especially planning modules (PP, QM, SNP, PPDS, DP, etc), supported with execution modules experience (MM, SD)
• Experience with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office Programs, and other leading tools in the area is a plus.
• Having experience in large organizations with multisite production and supply chain environments is a plus.
• Having competency in business analysis techniques,
• Certification on the above-mentioned topics is a plus.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle IT project lead experience, preferably in managing large-scale and/or international projects,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
