International E-Commerce Marketplace Inlet Planning Specialist

📌 Job Description,

We are looking for a team member who will manage inlet planning processes for international e-commerce marketplaces, ensure sales continuity, and optimize inventory intake timing.

This role is responsible for demand forecasting, inbound shipment planning, and warehouse capacity management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan inlet shipments for international marketplaces (Amazon FBA, Zalando, eBay, etc.)
• Create warehouse intake plans based on sales velocity (ROS) and demand forecasts
• Prepare initial shipment and replenishment plans
• Conduct lead time analyses and optimize shipment timing
• Manage warehouse capacity planning and appointment scheduling processes
• Create FBA shipment plans and monitor ASN processes
• Define safety stock levels
• Prepare inbound projections for campaign and seasonal periods
• Coordinate with supply, logistics, and stock operations teams
• Prepare inbound performance reports

📊 Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (preferably with Amazon FBA knowledge)
• Experience in inventory planning or demand planning
• Knowledge of lead time and supply chain processes
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Good command of English and Russian (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
