We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly production planning in line with data provided by the SP Manager

Maintain DPP (Line Scheduling Tool) tool setups, including NPD, sequencing, and related configurations

Collaborate with Site Operations leadership to align on an optimal near‑term MPS that meets cross‑functional objectives

Work closely with the SP team to resolve supply infeasibilities and identify pre‑build opportunities

Ensure key KPIs are achieved, including Plan Accuracy and PSA

Develop a Detailed Line Schedule by shift to meet demand while minimizing inventory and cost within established SLAs

Lead daily scheduling meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders to communicate the near‑term MPS, close gaps, and review performance (daily or weekly handshake)

Ensure all planning trade‑off decisions are aligned with SP

Align capacity calendars across JDA/DPP with maintenance and downtime schedules
Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably from Engineering departments

1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain

Strong communication skills

Proven experience in team management and planning

Customer-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and production processes

Fluency in English and Turkish
