Product Planning Supervisor (Off Season)

We are looking for a “Product Planning Supervisor” to support our Product Planning team.

What will be expected of you in this role?


  • B.Sc. degree from a Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering departments,
  • Minimum 5-7 years of planning experience in retail sector,
  • Ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups,
  • Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.
  • Highly motivated, prone to teamwork, effective communication skills,
  • Good analytical skills and ability to problem-solve complex issues,
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects,
  • Good command of MS Office programs(especially with a very good excel knowledge)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Completed military service obligation for male candidates


Why you?


  • Developing pre-season, in-season, semi-annual, monthly, weekly business financial plans and forecasts that adhere to strategic and financial objectives,
  • Preparing and analyzing sales budgets and forecasts in line with growth targets of the stores,
  • Following of stock levels of the related category and ensuring appropriate ranging decisions are made,
  • Doing and implementing period-based design option/stock option/ OTB plans for the related product group,
  • Preparing weekly trading reports to track the current status of main KPIs,
  • Guiding the following season collection by analyzing best and worst sellers,
  • Deciding on retail selling prices, planning markdowns, returns and campaigns,
  • Analysis of coverages, store performances and inventory,
  • Analysis and identifies selling trends, acting to maximize selling potential and minimize risk to inventory objectives and profitability,
  • Follow and moniter consumer trends by working closely with category teams.
