The role requires planning, coordinating, and monitoring the entire production process from job receipt to final product. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources (machines, manpower, and materials), timely order of materials and alignment between production and sales/dispatch requirements as well as all follow up with Key Accounts from A to Z not limited wth orders but Key Account Management as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and machine capacities.
• Align schedules for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Adjust plans proactively in case of machine breakdowns or material shortages.
• Ensure timely availability of machines, equipment and other materials.
• Coordinate with all schedules in order to avoid production delays.
• Minimize material wastage through accurate planning and job bundling.
• Allocate jobs to machines based on product type, complexity, and machine capability.
• Ensure efficient utilization of machines and manpower across shifts.
• Track real-time production and intervene when deviations from the plan occur.
• Maintain job order files, production schedules, and material planning records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and variance analysis.
• Support management with forecasts, production capacity analysis and Key Accounts current orders or potential of orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years in production and planning roles (preferably packaging, flexible plastic, stretch film)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Advanced use of MS office Applications
• Highly motivated to work in an entrepreneural, own the business and solution oriented environment
• Strong communication and people management skills,
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive approach and high energy
• Analytical, commercial, trouble shooting and result oriented mind-set
• Completed or exempted military service for male candidates
• Residence in Istanbul Anatolian side or any location that can easily reach to Istanbul Anatolian side
