Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management
- Oversee all production operations for indoor and outdoor advertising projects.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to approved specifications.
- Follow up on workshop and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor the availability of materials and coordinate with procurement.
2. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare production schedules and allocate tasks to the relevant teams.
- Plan project timelines according to client requirements and company capacity.
- Identify risks or delays and develop alternative solutions.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the design team, sales department, and installation teams.
- Communicate with clients and engineers for technical clarifications when needed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress daily and submit regular status reports.
- Document production stages and update management with completed work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and site standards.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise production staff, site teams, and technicians.
- Train and motivate the team to improve performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising production (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, signboards, fabrication, and installation.
- Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.
Work Environment:
- Office, workshop, and site visits as required.
- Direct interaction with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams.
