Production Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily production operations.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet operational targets.
• Ensure product quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team.
• Monitor production efficiency, material usage, and cost control.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or plant management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
