Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production & Print Operations Supervisor to oversee daily printing operations, manage production workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality print products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in print production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily print production operations and workflow management
• Coordinate with design, sales, and production teams to meet client requirements
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
• Operate and oversee printing equipment and machinery
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion
• Manage inventory of printing materials and supplies
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Train and supervise production staff

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in print production or operations
• Strong knowledge of printing processes (digital, offset, large format)
• Experience with print production equipment and maintenance
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in production planning and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in production environments
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
