Production Quality and Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality, Production, and Maintenance Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and maintain equipment efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, implementing quality control systems, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output.

Key Responsibilities: Production:

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, machines, and manpower.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production process.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Quality:

• Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support external quality audits (ISO, etc.).
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

Maintenance:

• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for all machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure spare parts availability.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with maintenance-related regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing and equipment upgrades.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with CNC, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capability using MS Excel or relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
