Job Summary: ICS Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Quality Coordinator to support quality assurance efforts throughout the production process. This role is responsible for monitoring production quality standards, conducting inspections, documenting findings, coordinating corrective actions, and working closely with production teams to ensure all client specifications and quality requirements are met.
Shifts:
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: Monday - Friday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with client specifications and company quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of work-in-process and finished products.
- Review job tickets, samples, proofs, and production documentation for accuracy.
- Identify quality issues and communicate findings to supervisors and production teams.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Track and report quality metrics, trends, and recurring issues.
- Coordinate quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Client Services, Scheduling, and Operations teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Verify that production materials meet established quality requirements prior to release.
- Assist with training employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in client quality reviews and internal process improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, print production, direct mail, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with quality documentation and reporting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
