We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in Production, Sales, and Design & Development within the Corrugated and Flexible Packaging industry. This role combines technical design expertise, production coordination, and business development responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to product innovation, operational efficiency, and customer growth. The ideal candidate is capable of working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while managing end-to-end responsibilities from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Production & Operations
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor production schedules, optimize resource allocation, reduce downtime, and improve machine productivity.
• Coordinate with the procurement, quality, and logistics teams to maintain smooth manufacturing workflow.
• Implement best practices for waste reduction, efficiency improvements, and cost control in the packaging manufacturing process.
• Track production performance through KPIs and generate operational improvement reports.
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in corrugated and flexible packaging segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements and providing customized packaging solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry, quotation, and pricing negotiation to order closure and post-sales support.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product positioning and business strategy.
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with clients to understand design briefs and translate packaging needs into functional and cost-effective solutions.
• Create detailed structural and artwork drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support prototype development and production feasibility.
• Drive product innovation, testing, prototyping, and performance validation for new packaging designs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to convert designs into manufacturable solutions.
• Maintain documentation including BOMs, specifications, CAD files, and change management records.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience (2-8 years) in corrugated and/or flexible packaging industry.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for structural and engineering design.
• Ability to manage production planning, quality standards, and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of packaging material properties, printing methods, and machinery processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with problem-solving and project management capability.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  
  

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in CAD/Design will be an advantage.
