Production Scheduler Engineer

What you’ll do:

Maintain optimum inventory and ensure exact quantity of material that is available at the specific time to produce exact quantity in the production orders for final products.
Maximize assets and capacity utilization while meeting management's objective of satisfying customer demand.

  • Planning sales orders (component,umc and eaton group sales )
  • Opening of worked orders.
  • Deadline information will be shared with the sales department.
  • Metarial information will be shared with the purchasing department.
  • Prepare reports requested by the manager.
  • Performs adequate material and production planning in line with law and internal standards
  • Maintains adequate purchasing, controlling and monitoring of raw material deliveries
  • Analyses and operates with supplies in order to minimize expenses and serve customer better
  • Cooperates with Logistics, Transport and Production sectors
  • Maintains material master records in ERP
  • Operates the data trough ERP transactions specified for material and production planning
  • Runs and distributes all necessary reports and files requested by supervisor in certain content and form
  • Recommends and actively conducts all criteria for quality and internal procedures improvement.
  • Performs all activities related to law and internal standards defined in Environment, Health and Safety.
  • Completes other actions delegated by Material/Production planning supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Industrial engineer graduate preffered
  • At least 3 years planning experience

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of industry, complex machined materials management, lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP, and MFG Pro a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (customers, marketing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing) is key.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment with strong ability to take action and get results.
  • Ability to quickly analyze, identify and implement opportunities and corporate initiatives for improvement that have a measurable impact each year.
  • Change management skills a plus
