Senior Production Filler – LPG Operations & Distribution

The Senior Production Filler is responsible for operating LPG cylinder filling lines and supporting cylinder maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient filling operations in line with plant procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate LPG filling lines and cylinder filling equipment efficiently to meet production and safety requirements.
• Support senior operators and production operators in carrying out day-to-day activities within the filling hall.
• Monitor filling accuracy and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Perform and support all operational tasks including pre-fill and post-fill inspections, cylinder receiving and dispatch activities, gas testing, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all required pre-fill and post-fill checks are properly completed in accordance with LPG handling procedures.
• Apply knowledge of LPG bottling plant and refinery operating standards to maintain safe and compliant operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Secondary school certificate (12 years) or equivalent.
• Physically fit to work in an industrial production environment.
• Technical knowledge of LPG filling and cylinder handling operations.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in LPG cylinder filling operations or petroleum-related production facilities.

Training / Certification:

• Basic industrial safety and firefighting certification
• Gas testing certification
• Firefighting and emergency response training
