Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Instrument Technician to support our department with soldering, assembly, testing, and quality checks of instruments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in instrument assembly and testing, and will ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering of different components on instruments.
- Conduct QC testing of assembled instruments as per checklists.
- Prepare documentation and checklists for testing procedures.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns using appropriate tools and strategies.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
- Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Deliver demonstrations for customers to ensure safe and effective equipment use.
- Recommend new features and improvements for products.
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments through research and workshops.
- Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.
- Support sales goals and meet monthly/quarterly targets where required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on knowledge of soldering and instrument assembly.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and remain professional under pressure.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to work as per organizational requirements.

Working Conditions:
