About the Role:We are looking for a Service Engineer who is technically strong in analytical and pharmaceutical instruments and has experience working in pharma production or cleanroom environments. Service Engineer – Analytical Instruments (Pharma Industry)

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Instrument Technician to support our department with soldering, assembly, testing, and quality checks of instruments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in instrument assembly and testing, and will ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform soldering of different components on instruments.</li><li>Conduct QC testing of assembled instruments as per checklists.</li><li>Prepare documentation and checklists for testing procedures.</li><li>Provide solutions to customer concerns using appropriate tools and strategies.</li><li>Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure effective service delivery.</li><li>Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.</li><li>Monitor equipment and machinery performance and implement preventive maintenance measures.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.</li><li>Deliver demonstrations for customers to ensure safe and effective equipment use.</li><li>Recommend new features and improvements for products.</li><li>Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed.</li><li>Stay updated on industry developments through research and workshops.</li><li>Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.</li><li>Support sales goals and meet monthly/quarterly targets where required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Hands-on knowledge of soldering and instrument assembly.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Good communication and active listening skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple requests and remain professional under pressure.</li><li>Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a growth mindset.</li><li>Willingness to work as per organizational requirements.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Timely completion of production and testing standards.</li><li>Meeting service requirements efficiently.</li><li>Ensuring high client satisfaction.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Office-based work.</li><li>Hands-on role as a Residential Engineer / Technician.</li></ul>Interested candidates can share their resume at careers@shreedhargroup.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
