Job Summary:

Sales Engineer – lead Generation for all product Range and Follow up the cases till execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement & Pipeline Management

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and update 3-month rolling sales projections and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Track and monitor targets vs. achievements on a regular basis.
  • Strategically pursue and win competitor accounts.

2. Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement

  • Develop a thorough technical understanding of the subject matter, instruments, applications, operations, and software.
  • Conduct effective technical discussions with customers to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and maintain strong technical awareness for competitive positioning.

3. Lead Generation, Field Activities & Relationship Building

  • Conduct positive and extensive field sales promotion to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Engage with all levels in the customer organization—from operational staff to senior management.
  • Visit and coordinate with all relevant departments to drive inquiries and generate leads.
  • Timely attend sales calls, customer visits, and follow-ups to maintain active engagement.

4. Sales Execution & Order Closure

  • Independently close orders for regular products.
  • Collaborate with the Manager on project-based cases, including solution development and strategy planning.
  • Ensure full and effective utilization of each working day for productive sales activities.

5. Reporting, Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare and submit clean, complete, and accurate reports on time.
  • Provide prompt email communication, proposal submissions, and follow-up responses.
  • Maintain internal documentation for offers, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications: B E or B TECH (ECE, EIE, EEE) & B. SC. / M.sc. (Microbiology)

Experience Required:

Sales Engineer: 1 to 5 Years of experience required in relevant field & should have handled pharma clients.

Skills: Convincing the customer with logics

a. 1 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or instrumentation sales.

b. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products and systems.

c. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

d. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

e. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving sales results.

Working Conditions:

Travel across Geography by Bus, Train or Bike (within 100km).

Preparedness to work till late night or during holidays based on criticality.
