Production Shift Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Production Shift Engineer to join our production team at Hadımkoy Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising daily production activities on a shift basis, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
• 2-4 years of production experience, preferably in fmcg
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system,6 days of week
• Strong command of MS Office tools
• Highly creative with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate harmoniously with others
