Production & Site Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Production & Site Coordination Officer who will act as the key link between the production team, site supervisors, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is street-smart, hands-on, and highly coordinated, with prior experience in the signage or interior fit-out industry, and who understands how to get things done on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between production, site supervisors, and installation teams
• Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure timely execution at site
• Ensure all materials, drawings, and approvals are aligned before site installation
• Visit sites as required to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues
• Coordinate with electricians and installers for power, lighting, and basic electrical requirements
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure smooth communication
• Anticipate and resolve site challenges proactively to avoid delays
• Support project completion, snag closure, and handover

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in signage, advertising, or interior fit-out companies
• Hands-on experience coordinating between production workshops and site teams
• Basic electrical knowledge related to signage installations (lighting, power, connections)
• Strong coordination and influencing skills — street smart and solution-oriented
• Excellent client servicing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with site safety and installation practices
• UAE experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling outdoor and indoor signage installations
• Ability to read basic drawings or understand shop drawings
• Must have UAE driving license
• Comfortable dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and technicians

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
