Job Description

Responsibilities : Pre-Make ready: - Prepare RM / ORM on his machine. Start Up/ Job Setting : - Checks that all RM/ ORM are in place based on the Job Factory Ticket. - Help in preparing and setting the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket. Job Production : - Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock. - Prepares rolls to be mounted on his machine - Prepares pallets and packing material if needed. - handles the packing, loading/ unloading, weighing and transferring to W.I.P/ finished goods. - Monitors the machine & product during production. - Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections. - Disposes of generated waste. - Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request. - Fill the roll / pallet label. - To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator. - Assist the operator to reach the KPI target. 5S: - To maintain proper cleaning for his machine and surrounding as per 5S cycle chart

Skills: - Controlling operation of machines and equipment. - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. - Conducting tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality or performance. Knowledge: - Raw materials and production processes. - Basic English communication skills. - Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
