As a Production Specialist, you’ll design meaningful memorial products, assist with funeral events, support crematory and transfer services, and help with marketing efforts. It’s a unique blend of creative, hands-on, and heart-driven work.
What you will do
- 
Event coordination, assisting where needed with events (seminars, funerals, memorials, community events).
- 
Work on administrative tasks as needed:- 
Printing/designing materials
- 
Filing information
- 
Data entry into various systems
 
- 
Removal, care, and transport of a decedent with professionalism and integrity.
- 
Transportation to various surrounding communities.
- 
Safely drive company-owned vehicles performing first call transfer of decedent, following local and state protocols, policies, and procedures.
- 
Ensure compliance with the requirements of all state and federal laws and regulations as they relate to the cremation process.
- 
Participate on a rotation to ensure that all cremations are carried out in an appropriate timeframe in accordance with the Cremation Code of Ethics.
- 
Interacting professionally and courteously with bereaved family members when performing home transfers.
- 
Following company dress code.
Qualifications you will need
- 
High school diploma or equivalent.
- 
Ability to climb stairs.
- 
Physical demands require the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- 
Physical demands require the ability to roll/move 200 pounds.
- 
Available to work nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
- 
Basic computer skills required.
