Be the Leader Behind the Line

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep production running smoothly. From ensuring data accuracy in Epicor ERP to keeping work areas safe and organized, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, meeting production goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do Here

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.

• Lead and oversee the daily workflow of the facility.

• Ensure employees maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Verify accuracy of Epicor ERP entries (labor, non-conformances, inventory data).

• Provide clear direction, coaching, and timely performance feedback.

• Handle employee discipline in alignment with company policy.

• Identify and resolve production delays to keep schedules on track.

• Communicate issues and progress to Planning, Scheduling, and Management teams.

• Review work queues and ensure staff have everything they need to succeed.

• Collect, analyze, and assess production data to drive continuous improvement.

• Receive and inspect WIP and inventory from other locations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of production and supervisory experience.

• 1+ year of experience with Epicor ERP.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage priorities under pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Deep understanding of operations policies and practices.
