Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: AED 3500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure work is carried out as per schedule.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide production workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process.
• Report on production targets, efficiency, and issues to management.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Train and support workers to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and reports.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
