Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our chemical production unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising production teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Manage workforce scheduling and allocate tasks efficiently.

• Maintain accurate production reports and records.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemical materials.

• Identify and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.

• 4–6 years of UAE experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Fluent in English & Hindi
