WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • This is your opportunity to guide high-performing teams, influence process improvement, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our manufacturing operations. You will:
    • Supervise and support Production Leads, Technicians, and assigned personnel, ensuring departmental and individual objectives are met.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
    • Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to align production activities with project plans.
    • Oversee financial performance, analyze costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
    • Implement goals, policies, procedures, and work standards to meet or exceed production targets.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff while administering discipline as necessary.
    • Respond to and resolve customer and staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Inspect work to ensure compliance with FAA, ISO, and L2 standards.
    • Prepare reports and maintain documentation on production performance and departmental activities.
    • Proactively work across all departments to ensure operational objectives for production, procurement, quality, and logistics are achieved.
    • Ensure timely communication with senior management regarding accidents, incidents, or irregular operations.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
    • Bring 10+ years of verifiable Production Supervisor experience or equivalent in a high-performing organization.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on aviation experience in a technical or manufacturing field preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or related field preferred.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing cost performance.
    • Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to lead in a matrix environment.
    • Strong customer interface experience with a professional and assertive communication style.
    • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
    • Proficiency in computers and related software.
    • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and as part of a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as necessary.
    • Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required.
    • Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
