Production Supervisor

To supervise and control fabrication activities in the yard, ensuring production targets are met safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards, drawings, and procedures.

• Supervise daily fabrication activities (cutting, welding, fitting, assembly, blasting/painting if applicable).
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials as per production schedule.
• Monitor productivity and ensure targets are achieved within approved timelines.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and stores for smooth workflow.
• Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved drawings, WPS, and specifications
  
  

Safety (HSE)

• Enforce HSE rules and company safety policies in the fabrication yard.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure use of PPE at all times.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective action.
• Ensure equipment and tools are safely operated and maintained.
