Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will manage production activities, monitor shop-floor materials and consumables, and handle purchasing for required items. Strong leadership and hands-on experience in metal fabrication or assembly environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assign work to welders, fabricators, and assemblers; monitor workflow and performance.
• Check quality of output and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Monitor and maintain stock of materials, tools, and consumables.
• Handle purchasing of consumables and selected production materials.
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Procurement, and the Production Manager.
• Enforce safety practices and maintain an organized workshop.
• Prepare daily production and stock reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fabrication, welding, or mechanical assembly workshop.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding processes, and workshop tools.
• Strong supervision, communication, and workflow management skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and shop-floor materials.
• Basic understanding of ISO and safety procedures (advantageous)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
