Job Title: Production Supervisor – Final Stage of Production
Location: Aluva
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee the final stage of production and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in quality control, and familiarity with SAP systems to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the final stage of production activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor production output, ensuring compliance with company quality and safety guidelines.
• Conduct final quality inspections and address non-conformance issues effectively.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through SAP.
• Train and guide production staff to ensure process consistency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on the shop floor.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production supervision and quality control.
• Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates residing in and around Aluva will be given preference.
