Production Supervisor + Finalizer

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor + Finalizer to join our design and printing company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, checking artwork files before printing, coordinating with designers and machine operators, and ensuring all jobs are completed with high quality and on time.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of printing production, finishing methods, materials, measurements, and file preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production work in the printing and advertising production department.
• Check and finalize artwork files before printing or production.
• Coordinate between design team, sales team, machine operators, and installation team.
• Ensure all jobs are produced according to client requirements, sizes, colors, and materials.
• Prepare files for digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, UV printing, cutting, engraving, and other production processes.
• Check bleed, margins, resolution, color mode, font outlines, cut lines, and print-ready file settings.
• Monitor production quality at every stage.
• Plan production schedules and make sure deadlines are met.
• Follow up with suppliers and outsource vendors when required.
• Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Inspect final products before delivery or installation.
• Maintain proper job records, samples, and production notes.
• Support the team during urgent projects and event-related production work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing, advertising, or production field.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and print file preparation.
• Strong understanding of printing materials such as vinyl, acrylic, foam board, forex, stickers, banners, fabric, paper, and gift items.
• Knowledge of finishing works such as lamination, mounting, cutting, engraving, binding, folding, packing, and installation.
• Ability to read measurements and production drawings accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs under pressure.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Experience in Qatar printing/advertising market will be an advantage.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
