Job Role: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Manage cutting, stitching, and finishing teams (50+ workers).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Optimize workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on garment production techniques.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in apparel production supervision (uniforms/workwear preferred).

• Technical Skills:

Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, and sewing processes.

Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and quality checks.

• Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
