3&ndash;7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, WebSphere, Java, AWS, and REST APIs.</li><li>
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and application monitoring.</li><li>
Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and performance.</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul></div><p></p>
